In 2022, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops launched a 3 year Eucharistic Revival after a 2019 Pew Study showed that only 30 per cent of Catholics believe in the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist.
The Revival began on the Feast of Corpus Christi in June 2022 on the Diocesan Level.
The Goals for the Eucharistic Revival are:
♦ Fostering Opportunities to Encounter Jesus in the Eucharist
♦ Reinvigorating Sunday Worship
♦ Provide Robust Formation on the Eucharist
♦ Send Forth Parishioners as Missionaries to share the Good News with all they encounter
On the Feast of Corpus Christi, June 11, 2023 the Parish Year of Eucharistic Revival began throughout Catholic Parishes in the United States.
✝️ Three Themes for St. Mary of the Knobs Celebration of the Eucharistic Revival are:
♦ "God Moments in Our Life & Parish"
October 19 & November 16, 2023
♦ A Presentation of the Eucharist:
November 4 &5, 2023 by
Fr. Christian Raab, OSB
